Being specialists in the field of recruiting management personnel up to the second
management level, we employ our know how to save you time and money.Besides functional qualification and organizational culture, we carefully consider

qualification profile in a personal meeting. In the course of that meeting we focus on

Shortly afterwards you will choose out of the two to three top-candidates we present
you with.We resume the recruiting process once for the duration of a month, should the contractual

Personnel marketing includes all measures taken to become and remain an attractive
employer for both potential and current employees. To accomplish this, the employee is
perceived as an internal customer and is thus treated accordingly.
Personnel marketing: employees as internal customers
In general, the satisfaction of clients’ needs (quality, price, social responsibility) is
accomplished in order to maximize the company’s success (profits, revenue, image, market
share). In regard to the concept of personnel marketing the satisfaction of employees’ needs
is just as well aimed at in order to become and remain successful.
When viewed as internal clients, employees become one of the company’s target groups.
Satisfied employees whose expectations have been met identify with their employer. They are
prepared to work hard and think entrepreneurially in completing their tasks because they are
motivated to preserve their situation within the organization.
How does personnel marketing work in practice?
There is no one-fits-all solution in personnel marketing. Effective personnel marketing is
planned for the long run and implemented strategically. Based on an analysis of the organization’s
current situation a catalog of measurements is planned, implemented and regularly evaluated.
Personnel marketing is not to be mistaken for a selectively undertaken project (e.g. in crisis
situations). Instead it needs to be positioned as an integrated part of corporate philosophy and strategy.

current employees’ expectations, how you can come up to them in an economically favorable/sensible
